I heard David Sirota on the readio briefly, and looked up the article they were talking about.

The concept is that on The Hill, it doesn't really divide into Republican and Democrat, but into The Money Party and The People Party, depending on whom one is supporting in the economic area.
Some of his explanations are pretty interesting. The article is fairly short. go look at it.
